- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Organize and manage classroom resources to support effective teaching and learning.
- Stay updated with current educational trends and best practices in teaching.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Teaching certification or equivalent qualification.
- Previous teaching experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, enthusiastic, and dedicated to student development.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Knowledge of child development and educational psychology.
