- Provide attentive and nurturing care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities to ensure a safe and engaging environment.
- Assist with daily routines including meals, naps, and personal hygiene.
- Support the implementation of educational activities and play-based learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding children's progress and needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly environment.
- Follow school policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare, educational, or home setting.
- CPR and first aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with children, parents, and staff.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine passion for nurturing child development.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow school policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (if required by the school).
