Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and organize instructional materials and classroom resources to support lesson delivery
- Provide individualized support to students during lessons, ensuring their educational needs are met
- Assist lead teachers in implementing educational programs and classroom activities
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers on student engagement and understanding
- Assist with administrative tasks such as attendance tracking and documentation
- Support students with special needs in developing social skills and daily living abilities
- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and modify teaching strategies as needed
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Education, Special Education, or related field preferred
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students
- Patient, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting students with diverse needs
- Basic knowledge of educational methodologies and classroom management techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a teaching team
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Must be Singaporean or hold a valid work permit for Singapore
