Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the elementary curriculum and learning objectives.
- Facilitate a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and student growth.
- Assess student progress regularly, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student performance, behavior, and development.
- Participate in school activities, faculty meetings, and professional development programs to enhance teaching skills and contribute to school improvement.
- Integrate educational technology and innovative teaching methods to enrich the learning experience.
- Manage classroom resources efficiently and maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic achievement.
- Uphold the school's values and policies, ensuring a respectful and orderly educational setting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
- Valid professional teaching license (LET passer) in the Philippines.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as an Elementary Teacher, preferably as a Teacher II.
- Strong understanding of elementary education principles, child development, and curriculum standards.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to maintain discipline effectively.
- Proficiency in written and oral communication, particularly in English.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and connect with young students.
- Adaptability, creativity, and a collaborative spirit to work effectively with colleagues and parents.
