We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher III to join our educational team in the Ilocos Region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students, fostering a supportive learning environment, and contributing to the academic and personal growth of young minds. As a Teacher III, you will serve as a mentor and guide, implementing curriculum standards and assessing student progress to ensure every learner reaches their full potential. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute lessons that align with the Department of Education (DepEd) or institutional curriculum standards.
- Assess student performance through regular examinations, quizzes, and project evaluations.
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and respect.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavioral concerns.
- Participate in faculty meetings, staff development programs, and school activities.
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation as required by civil service regulations.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to develop interdisciplinary learning opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field (Major in the assigned subject preferred).
- Must have passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) or hold a valid Professional Teaching License.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching, preferably at the secondary or elementary level (3-5 years for Teacher III).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of child development and learning theories.
- Ability to use educational technology and modern teaching tools effectively.
- Commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement in teaching practices.
