- Deliver comprehensive and engaging lessons following the prescribed K to 12 Basic Education Curriculum.
- Develop and utilize innovative instructional materials and assessment tools to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records including grades, attendance, and developmental progress.
- Participate actively in curriculum planning, faculty meetings, in-service training, and school-community initiatives.
- Guide and counsel students in their academic, personal, and social development.
- Implement school policies and ensure a safe, orderly, and conducive learning environment at all times.
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and the community to foster a supportive educational ecosystem.
- Conduct classroom-based action research to improve teaching strategies and student performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education or a related field with a major in a relevant specialization (e.g., English, Mathematics, Science, Filipino, Social Studies).
- At least one (1) year of relevant teaching experience.
- Professional License in Teaching (Licensure Examination for Teachers Passer) or appropriate Civil Service Professional Eligibility.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong classroom management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven dedication to student development and academic excellence.
- Willingness to be assigned in any municipality or city within the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).
- Computer literate and proficient in standard office productivity software and educational technology tools.
