BukuWarung is seeking a dynamic Team Lead Sales to drive our growth in Surabaya. As a key leader in our sales division, you'll lead a high-performing team to acquire new merchants (UMKM) across Surabaya while exceeding sales targets. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional relationship-building skills, and hands-on leadership to foster collaboration within your team and with local partners. You'll develop market-specific sales strategies, conduct territory analysis, and create impactful community engagement initiatives to strengthen BukuWarung's presence in the region.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Surabaya sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Develop and implement effective acquisition strategies for UMKM merchants in the Surabaya area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local business communities, partners, and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Conduct regular team training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge
- Monitor team performance through KPIs and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with marketing to create localized promotional campaigns
- Report sales activities and forecasts to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience with at least 1 year in a leadership/management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams
- Deep understanding of Surabaya's UMKM landscape and local business ecosystem
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in sales pipeline management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
