  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of retail associates to achieve performance targets
  • Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling
  • Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance customer experience and product appeal
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate replenishment processes
  • Drive sales initiatives through team coaching, promotions execution, and customer engagement
  • Resolve customer inquiries and escalations while maintaining service excellence standards
  • Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
  • Train staff on product knowledge, safety protocols, and company policies

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience with team leadership responsibilities
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs in retail environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail operations software
  • Demonstrated experience in staff development and performance management
