Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of retail associates to achieve performance targets
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance customer experience and product appeal
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate replenishment processes
- Drive sales initiatives through team coaching, promotions execution, and customer engagement
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations while maintaining service excellence standards
- Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Train staff on product knowledge, safety protocols, and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience with team leadership responsibilities
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs in retail environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail operations software
- Demonstrated experience in staff development and performance management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, public holidays, and peak seasons
- Knowledge of retail visual merchandising principles and customer service standards
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred
