Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales promoters to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance metrics, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for consumer electronics products to increase store revenue.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and product knowledge are maintained across the team.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the store management for product displays and stock availability.
- Prepare regular sales reports and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer electronics retail sector.
- Proven track record of leadership or team management experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and English is a plus).
- Deep understanding of modern electronic products and market dynamics in Bandung.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Must be willing to work on a shift/contract basis.
- High level of integrity, initiative, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Relevant educational background (High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree).
