Tanggung Jawab
- Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing SPG staff to meet brand standards.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and field promotion tactics.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and provide real-time coaching to team members.
- Manage deployment schedules and ensure full coverage across all target locations.
- Conduct regular field audits to ensure display standards and product knowledge.
- Prepare performance reports and provide constructive feedback to management.
- Resolve customer service or field-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed individual and collective sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in team management, specifically within the retail, FMCG, or promotional field.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of coaching and mentoring subordinates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and English is a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a target-driven environment.
- Possess a deep understanding of the local Yogyakarta market and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in basic data reporting and mobile communication tools.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and a proactive work ethic.
