Are you passionate about the art of tea and coffee? Oriental Coffee International is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Tearista to join our vibrant team at our Mid Valley Southkey location. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, crafting exceptional beverages and delivering a premium experience to every guest who walks through our doors.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide range of traditional coffee, tea, and signature beverages according to standardized recipes.
- Ensure high-quality presentation and consistency in every drink served.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to all guests at the Mid Valley Southkey outlet.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, adhering to all food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and handle cash with integrity.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations, answer inquiries, and ensure overall satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a café, F&B, or hospitality environment is highly preferred (though fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay; ability to speak Chinese is a significant advantage.
- Able to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a positive, 'can-do' attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Neat, professional appearance and punctuality are mandatory.
