Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze client business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and system designs.
- Conduct comprehensive technical assessments and feasibility studies to recommend optimal IT solutions.
- Provide expert technical consultation and guidance to internal teams and external clients.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of technical projects, ensuring key milestones are met on time.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and engineers to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Deliver training sessions and create documentation to empower clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical consulting, system analysis, or IT project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages, databases, or IT frameworks.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
- Relevant IT certification (e.g., PMP, TOGAF, or similar) is a distinct advantage.
