Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough analysis of client business processes to identify technical needs and pain points.
- Develop and present technical proposals, demonstrations, and solution architectures to prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure solution feasibility and quality.
- Provide pre-sales support, including answering technical inquiries and participating in client meetings.
- Monitor project implementation progress to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
- Identify additional business opportunities and provide feedback to the sales team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in technical support, sales, or a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and database management concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear, understandable language for non-technical clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Willingness to travel within the Jakarta area for client meetings.
