Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct client requirement analysis and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Assist in designing and implementing IT solutions aligned with industry best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Prepare technical documentation including solution proposals, system architectures, and user guides
- Support client training and knowledge transfer sessions

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in IT consulting, system implementation, or technical support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, etc.) or database technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or enterprise systems are advantageous
