Harrisma is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive technical needs analysis for prospective clients to recommend tailored networking solutions.
- Design and present detailed network architecture proposals, including routers, switches, and access points.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential customers.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to prepare technical proposals, RFIs (Requests for Information), and RFQs (Requests for Quotation).
- Provide expert consultation on network performance, scalability, and security standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products.
- Assist in the technical qualification of leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Technical Sales, Presales Consulting, or Network Engineering.
- Strong working knowledge of networking hardware, including Cisco, Mikrotik, or similar enterprise-grade equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and on-site technical assessments.
