Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on guidance to development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions that align with client business objectives.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Project Managers and Architects, to clarify requirements and project scope.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide rapid, effective resolution to minimize downtime.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
- Document technical processes, system architecture, and project specifications for future maintainability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in software development with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Java, .NET, or similar) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience working in a global, distributed team environment is highly preferred.
