We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Maintenance Instructor to join the team at Mitra andalan globalindo. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive technical training programs related to machinery maintenance and repair.
- Conduct practical workshops and hands-on sessions to demonstrate maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure skill acquisition.
- Update training materials and technical manuals based on the latest industry standards and company requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify skill gaps and tailor training solutions accordingly.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations during all training sessions and maintenance activities.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new technical staff through training and orientation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in technical training or instructional design.
- Strong background in industrial machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt training methods to different learning styles.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Indonesian is preferred.
- Valid certification in technical training or related field is a plus.
