We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a solid foundation in marketing and administration. Your contributions will directly impact our growth by ensuring that our technical products are communicated effectively to target audiences, while maintaining seamless operational support.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns for technical products and services
- Coordinate with engineering and sales teams to align messaging with product capabilities
- Manage content creation for digital channels, including social media, email, and website
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive positioning
- Prepare marketing reports, analytics, and performance dashboards
- Provide administrative support for marketing projects, including scheduling, documentation, and vendor coordination
- Assist in organizing technical events, webinars, and product launches
- Maintain and update marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of combined experience in marketing and administrative functions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project coordination skills
- Knowledge of B2B or technology marketing is an advantage
