Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on track components and infrastructure.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential faults, wear and tear, or structural defects.
- Ensure strict compliance with SMRT safety protocols, regulatory standards, and site safety regulations.
- Diagnose technical issues and execute repairs or replacements efficiently to minimize service disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations, to implement maintenance solutions.
- Document all maintenance activities, including fault reports and work completion forms, accurately.
- Adhere to traffic management plans and safety zones while working on active tracks or maintenance sites.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical trade.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in track maintenance, railway infrastructure, or a similar technical field.
- Familiarity with standard track maintenance tools, machinery, and safety equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts as required.
- Valid Singapore Work Pass or Citizenship status.
