In this role, you will act as the vital link between our technical engineering team and our prospective clients, bridging the gap between complex technical solutions and business value.

As our Technical Pre-Sales specialist, you will lead product demonstrations, conduct deep-dive technical discovery sessions, and work closely with our account managers to develop winning proposals. You will be instrumental in showcasing how our innovative products solve real-world problems for our clients. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead technical discovery meetings to understand client pain points and business requirements.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to various stakeholder levels.
  • Manage the technical response process for RFPs/RFIs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback on market demands and feature requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technical counterparts at prospect organizations.
  • Design proof-of-concept (POC) architectures to demonstrate product efficacy and value.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies in the market.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting role.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new software platforms and hardware ecosystems quickly.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to simplify technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of supporting successful sales cycles and meeting revenue targets.
  • Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, client-facing environment.
