Tanggung Jawab
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for SeaTalk's enterprise collaboration features, from ideation to launch and iteration, with a strong focus on AI integration.
- Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered collaboration tools, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and user studies to identify unmet needs and opportunities for innovation in enterprise AI and collaboration.
- Translate complex business requirements and user needs into clear, concise, and actionable product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and other cross-functional teams throughout the product development process to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Drive feature prioritization, backlog grooming, and sprint planning, balancing technical feasibility with business impact and user value.
- Monitor product performance post-launch, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to continuously improve the user experience and achieve key business metrics.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in AI, machine learning, and enterprise collaboration, identifying opportunities to incorporate them into SeaTalk's product strategy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in technical product management, with a proven track record of launching successful enterprise software or SaaS products.
- Strong technical understanding of AI/ML concepts, natural language processing (NLP), machine learning models, and their application in real-world products.
- Demonstrated experience managing products related to enterprise collaboration platforms, communication tools, or productivity suites.
- Proficiency in defining and analyzing product metrics, conducting A/B tests, and utilizing data to inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
