Google is looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead our critical Data Loss Prevention (DLP) initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of DLP projects, from concept and design through to deployment and operational optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, legal, and compliance to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure the successful delivery of security initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, providing clear communication and status updates on project health and progress.
- Drive process improvements and standardization to enhance the efficiency and reliability of data security operations.
- Monitor emerging security threats and industry trends to ensure Google remains ahead of evolving data privacy challenges.
- Champion best practices in technical program management and agile methodologies within the security organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, with a specific focus on Information Security, Data Privacy, or DLP.
- Strong understanding of DLP technologies, data governance frameworks, and security best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects involving diverse engineering teams.
- Experience working in a global, remote-first or hybrid work environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
