Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
- Provide expert technical advice and product recommendations for construction projects.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain and nurture strong business relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and technical support.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain Sika’s competitive edge in the Kalimantan market.
- Prepare regular sales reports and project updates for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the construction or chemical industry.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and building materials.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
- Demonstrated ability to solve technical problems and provide innovative solutions to clients.
