Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share for surface treatment chemicals.
- Provide on-site technical support and process optimization advice for electroplating, anodizing, and powder coating lines.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to ensure optimal usage of our chemical portfolio.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and site visits to technical proposals and contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and production managers.
- Prepare technical reports and sales forecasts to track performance against KPIs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in technical sales, specifically within the metal finishing or industrial chemical industry.
- Deep technical knowledge of electroplating, anodizing, and powder coating processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites within the region.
- Result-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and negotiation capabilities.
