We're seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead business development in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and facility management sectors. You'll manage end-to-end tender processes, deliver exceptional client service, and forge strategic partnerships that elevate our service offerings. This role demands technical fluency combined with commercial acumen to translate complex solutions into client value. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery while maintaining market competitiveness through continuous industry analysis.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new maintenance business opportunities in Jakarta region
- Manage full-cycle tender processes from RFP to contract signing
- Deliver client support for O&M and facility management services
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategy
- Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client needs
- Prepare compelling proposals and technical documentation
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Report sales activities and pipeline to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 2+ years technical sales experience in O&M/facility management
- Proven tender management and contract negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of Indonesian procurement processes
- Technical aptitude in facility systems and maintenance solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools
- Results-oriented with ability to work under pressure
