Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory of Manado.
- Provide technical consultation and product training to farmers and veterinary clinics regarding animal health solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and providing post-sales support.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor farm conditions and provide recommendations based on product usage.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and market analysis for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical, animal health, or feed industry.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep knowledge of poultry/livestock farming practices and disease prevention.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the North Sulawesi region.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C/A) and own a vehicle.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in local dialects is a significant advantage.
