Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand our customer base in the region.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
- Analyze customer requirements and provide expert technical recommendations.
- Prepare and submit accurate monthly sales forecasts, order reports, and activity logs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in technical sales or business development.
- Strong understanding of consultative sales processes and lead generation techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to interpret technical product specifications and translate them into client benefits.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and professional ethics.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
