Technical Sales Representative (Shrimp Feed) - Taman, Jawa Timur

New Hope Indonesia, a leading force in the agribusiness sector and part of a globally recognized conglomerate, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Taman, Jawa Timur. This is a contract position with immense growth potential, focusing on our premium shrimp feed product line. You will be at the forefront of our sales strategy, directly impacting the productivity and success of shrimp farmers across the region.

In this role, you will not just be selling a product; you will be providing expert technical solutions that enhance farm profitability. We are looking for an individual who understands the nuances of shrimp cultivation and can build trusted relationships with key stakeholders. Your efforts will directly contribute to New Hope Indonesia's mission of feeding the nation with safe, sustainable, and high-quality protein sources through superior animal nutrition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth of shrimp feed products to meet and exceed assigned targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand the distributor network in East Java.
  • Provide on-farm technical support and advisory services to ensure optimal product performance.
  • Conduct product trials and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our nutritional solutions.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategy.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to create effective promotional materials and strategies.
  • Represent New Hope Indonesia at industry events, trade shows, and seminars.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, or Biological Sciences.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of successful technical sales experience in the animal feed or aquaculture industry.
  • Deep understanding of shrimp farming practices, disease management, and nutritional requirements.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop a customer base from scratch.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English are a plus).
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing a large territory with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel extensively. Valid driving license (SIM A) and vehicle ownership is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
