Key Focus Areas
Develop technical sales strategies for shrimp feed products, conduct on-farm demonstrations, analyze market trends, and collaborate with technical teams to enhance product formulations. Fluency in Hokkien is essential for effective client communication in the region.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with aquaculture clients in Riau region
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and farm visits
- Analyze customer needs and recommend optimal shrimp feed solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Provide post-sales technical support and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with R&D team to gather customer feedback for product improvement
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in animal feed or aquaculture industry
- Fluency in Hokkien language (mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Animal Science, or related field
- Strong understanding of shrimp farming practices and nutritional requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness for frequent field travel
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
