Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and enhancement of food products derived from raw materials to meet market demands and quality standards
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and customers regarding product applications and processing techniques
- Collaborate with R&D and quality assurance teams to develop innovative food solutions and improve existing formulations
- Conduct technical assessments and troubleshooting for food processing issues and product performance challenges
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, reports, and product specifications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to understand their technical requirements and needs
- Stay updated with industry trends, food safety regulations, and emerging technologies in food science
- Support marketing and sales teams with technical presentations and product demonstrations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related technical field
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in technical service, product development, or food technology roles within the food industry
- Strong understanding of food chemistry, food processing technologies, and ingredient functionality
- Proven experience in product development and technical problem-solving within food manufacturing environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present technical information clearly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant technical software tools
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are a plus
- Self-motivated with strong analytical thinking and ability to work independently as well as in a team
