Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Provide first-line technical support to employees and resolve IT issues promptly.
- Monitor system performance, security, and data backups.
- Assist in the deployment and management of software updates and patches.
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with IT team members on projects and system upgrades.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance digital literacy among staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in technical support or an IT specialist role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office, and common business applications.
- Experience with network administration, troubleshooting, and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL) are a plus.
