Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and maintain secure network infrastructure supporting enterprise operations
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of critical systems
- Implement cybersecurity measures and compliance frameworks to protect organizational assets
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new technologies and optimize existing infrastructure
- Develop technical documentation, SOPs, and disaster recovery plans
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders
- Stay current with industry trends to recommend infrastructure improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in network administration and infrastructure management
- Strong expertise in routing/switching, firewalls, and network security protocols
- Proficiency with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with customer focus
- Relevant certifications (CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+, ITIL) preferred
- Fluent in English with strong written/verbal communication skills
