Join STATS ChipPAC's dynamic production team as a Technical Specialist, where you'll be instrumental in ensuring seamless semiconductor testing operations. This hands-on role requires expertise in equipment setup, handler/prober conversions, and proactive troubleshooting to minimize production downtime and maintain peak efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform hands-on equipment setup, calibration, and maintenance for tester/handler/prober systems
- Execute handler/prober conversions and tape-and-reel equipment modifications
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize production downtime
- Train production staff on equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures
- Maintain accurate equipment performance logs and maintenance documentation
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to optimize equipment longevity
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex technical problems
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in semiconductor testing equipment operations
- Proficiency in handler/prober systems and tape-and-reel processes
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with mechanical aptitude
- Experience with calibration and preventive maintenance of testing equipment
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing quality standards
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced production environments
