Tanggung Jawab
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for internal staff and systems.
- Support: Provide technical assistance and guidance on basic computer operations and office applications.
- System Monitoring: Assist in monitoring network performance and reporting technical anomalies.
- Asset Management: Help in the inventory and maintenance of IT equipment and peripherals.
- Documentation: Create and update technical documentation and user guides as required.
- Installation: Assist in the installation, configuration, and basic setup of computer systems and software.
- Communication: Relay technical information clearly to non-technical team members.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Networking: Familiarity with networking concepts and the ability to troubleshoot basic connectivity issues.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a logical approach to identifying and fixing technical problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
