Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Analyze customer inquiries to diagnose hardware and software issues accurately.
- Guide clients through step-by-step troubleshooting solutions to restore service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and technical data.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior technicians or management when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer literacy and basic understanding of operating systems.
- Proven ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong desire to solve problems.
- Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule.
