Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on technical equipment.
- Provide timely and accurate technical troubleshooting support to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, parts usage, and system status.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of new technical infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and operational protocols.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to management regarding equipment performance.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in a technical support or maintenance role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Proven reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work in a full-time capacity in Makati City.
