Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network infrastructure issues.
- Diagnose and resolve telecommunication network outages, latency problems, and connectivity failures efficiently.
- Install, configure, and perform routine maintenance on routers, switches, modems, and other networking equipment.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement technical solutions and resolve recurring system issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all incidents, trouble tickets, and resolution procedures.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance and security.
- Assist end-users with technical inquiries, providing clear and actionable guidance for day-to-day technical needs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or network administration roles.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN technologies, and basic networking protocols.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients and team members.
- Willingness to work in a contract position with a flexible schedule, including potential field support.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage for traveling to client sites or remote areas.
