Tanggung Jawab
- Develop clear, concise technical documentation for banking products and services
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts to gather information
- Create user guides, API documentation, and technical specifications
- Maintain and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Adhere to industry standards and company documentation guidelines
- Translate complex technical concepts into accessible content for end-users
- Review and edit documentation for clarity, grammar, and technical accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of technical writing experience, preferably in banking or fintech
- Proficiency in documentation tools (MadCap Flare, FrameMaker, Confluence)
- Strong command of English grammar and technical writing principles
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and content management
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams
- Detail-oriented with excellent research and problem-solving skills
