Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently to minimize guest inconvenience
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and implement preventive measures
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruption to guest services
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of parts and supplies
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards in all technical operations
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in hotel maintenance systems
- Assist in emergency situations requiring technical expertise and rapid response
Kualifikasi
- Technical diploma or certification in relevant field (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or facilities maintenance)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel or commercial building maintenance
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude
- Knowledge of safety protocols and industry standards for technical operations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for maintenance record keeping
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various physical conditions
