Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of commercial kitchen equipment (ovens, grills, fryers, refrigeration systems)
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools and technical manuals
- Repair or replace faulty components to restore equipment functionality
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory of replacement parts
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to address equipment-related operational issues
- Implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize equipment failures
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Technician in food service/hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and mechanical systems
- Ability to read technical schematics and equipment manuals
- Certification in HVAC or refrigeration systems preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
