Join the Bluetti Energy team as a dedicated Technician and become the face of our technical excellence in the Philippines. We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our after-sales operations, ensuring our customers receive top-tier repair services and support. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and fixing technical issues, guiding clients through the installation of our Home Energy Storage Systems (HESS), and conducting product training to empower our users. You will also oversee the management of spare parts inventory and handle Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) returns with efficiency and care. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive after-sales repairs and maintenance on Bluetti energy products.
- Provide expert technical guidance and support for HESS installations.
- Conduct product training sessions for clients and field staff.
- Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to ensure stock availability.
- Process and manage DTC (Direct to Consumer) returns and warranty claims.
- Diagnose complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely service.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical/vocational degree preferred.
- Previous experience in electronics repair or technical support is required.
- Basic understanding of battery systems or electrical components is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Valid driver's license is highly advantageous for field visits.
- Customer-centric attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
