Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and thorough inspections of machinery and equipment to prevent downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system failures accurately.
- Execute necessary repairs, replacements, and overhauls of components to restore full functionality.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company safety protocols, health regulations, and quality standards.
- Document all maintenance activities, repair logs, and parts inventory accurately in the system.
- Respond promptly to emergency service calls and technical requests to minimize operational disruptions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience working as a Technician in a relevant trade or maintenance environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Valid technical license or certification is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions.
- Basic computer literacy for logging work orders and maintaining records.
