Elken is looking for a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our after-sales service team in Seberang Perai. We are committed to providing top-tier water purification solutions, and our technicians play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have access to clean, safe, and healthy water. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end service cycle of water purifier systems. This includes conducting site visits, installing new units, performing regular maintenance, and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise. You will act as the face of our brand, interacting directly with customers to resolve their concerns and provide expert advice on water quality management. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional installation, maintenance, and repair of Elken water purifier systems.
- Conduct regular maintenance visits and replace filters/components as needed.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical faults to ensure optimal system performance.
- Provide outstanding after-sales customer service and technical support.
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and quality protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of service reports and customer interactions.
- Advise customers on proper usage and care of water purification equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
- Previous experience in water purifier maintenance or home appliance repair is highly preferred.
- Strong diagnostic skills and technical aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation are preferred.
- Physically fit for fieldwork and carrying equipment.
