We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Blasting and Spray Painting Technician to join our professional operations team in the West Region. In this role, you will play a critical part in our production process by ensuring that surfaces are meticulously prepared and coated to meet the highest industry standards for protection and finish quality.

Tanggung Jawab
- Operate blasting equipment to remove surface contaminants, rust, and old coatings from various industrial components.
- Perform high-quality spray painting and coating applications according to technical specifications and client requirements.
- Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance on blasting and spray painting machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor and manage paint thickness, adhesion, and finish quality through rigorous visual and mechanical checks.
- Ensure compliance with all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that hazardous materials are handled and disposed of correctly.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to ensure project timelines and quality benchmarks are met consistently.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in industrial blasting and spray painting operations.
- Technical certification or relevant trade qualification in mechanical or surface finishing works is preferred.
- Proficiency in the safe handling of industrial chemicals, paints, and coating materials.
- Strong physical stamina, with the ability to work in environments that may require personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings or work instructions.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols and a zero-incident mindset.
- Ability to work well within a team environment and communicate effectively with supervisors and peers.
