Are you a skilled Technician with experience in crane and hoist systems? Ideals Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and installing cranes and hoists at various client sites across the West Region.
Key responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, conducting safety inspections, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues. We are looking for candidates with strong technical skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform service and repair of cranes and hoists at client sites.
- Conduct installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and safety checks according to schedules.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Prepare detailed service reports and document work performed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to clients as needed.
- Maintain inventory of parts and tools required for jobs.
Kualifikasi
- Technical diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in crane and hoist service or similar heavy equipment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and hydraulics.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within West Region.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Relevant safety certifications (e.g., WSQ, LEEA) are a plus.
