Join Duplex Infra Sdn Bhd as a Technician Cum Site Supervisor and lead interior renovation projects to excellence. This hands-on leadership role combines technical expertise with site management responsibilities. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure all work meets stringent quality and safety standards. As a key liaison between clients, contractors, and workers, you'll resolve technical issues in real-time while maintaining project timelines and budgets. Your role is critical in transforming architectural visions into reality through meticulous planning, resource optimization, and proactive problem-solving. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise interior renovation projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications
- Coordinate daily site activities including material allocation, workforce scheduling, and equipment management
- Implement quality control protocols through regular inspections and compliance checks
- Enforce strict safety regulations and conduct risk assessments to maintain incident-free sites
- Provide hands-on technical guidance to workers for complex installation and finishing tasks
- Manage project documentation including progress reports, change orders, and quality assurance records
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain alignment
- Monitor project timelines and resource utilization to ensure on-budget delivery
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior renovation or construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and quality control procedures
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities with conflict resolution skills
- Experience with project management software and documentation systems
- Certification in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) preferred
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, carpentry) simultaneously
