In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly, troubleshooting, repair, and testing of pneumatic systems and machines, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability. Working a fixed schedule with attractive compensation, you will enjoy a stable yearly contract and the opportunity to develop your expertise in a supportive environment.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Perform precise electro‑mechanical assembly operations according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Conduct systematic troubleshooting and carry out repairs on pneumatic systems, conveyors, and associated equipment.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to maximize uptime and performance.
- Test and validate pneumatic components using appropriate measurement tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, parts usage, and test results.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve process efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, 5S standards, and company policies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform electro‑mechanical assembly operations according to specifications and blueprints.
- Conduct troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on pneumatic systems and associated machinery.
- Test and validate pneumatic components using appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts usage, and test results.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve process reliability.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, 5S practices, and company policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
- Manage spare parts inventory and order consumables as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum NITEC or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in electro‑mechanical assembly and pneumatic system maintenance.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Good communication and time‑management abilities.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a manufacturing/plant environment.
- Advantageous: Certified in pneumatic equipment (e.g., SMC, Festo) or safety training.
