We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technician, Equipment Improvement to join our operations team at our state-of-the-art facility in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah. This is a hands-on position where you will directly contribute to the enhancement of our production machinery and systems. We are looking for a candidate with a solid background in Electrical & Electronics (E&E) and mechanical engineering who thrives in a proactive, analytical work environment. Your primary focus will be to support our ongoing Equipment Improvement projects, which involve diagnosing complex issues, implementing technical modifications, and ensuring optimal equipment performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical and mechanical equipment to ensure operational uptime.
- Assist in the planning, design, and execution of equipment improvement and modification projects.
- Conduct detailed inspections and analyze performance data to identify areas for operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to implement technical solutions and process improvements.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, ISO standards, and quality control measures during all tasks.
- Document technical reports, maintenance logs, and modification summaries accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar technician or maintenance role within a hi-tech or manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of E&E principles, mechanical systems, and instrumentation.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team under tight deadlines.
