We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technician to complement our Facilities Management team, working within the vibrant Central Region of Singapore. This role is pivotal in maintaining operational excellence and client satisfaction across a diverse and prestigious portfolio of commercial buildings.
As a Facilities Management Technician, you will be entrusted with the comprehensive maintenance and troubleshooting of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems. Your day-to-day activities will encompass everything from routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to rapid response on critical breakdowns affecting fire protection and building automation. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Conduct regular building inspections to identify defects, safety hazards, and areas requiring immediate attention.
- Respond to service requests and breakdowns, diagnosing faults and executing timely repairs to ensure minimal operational disruption.
- Monitor and manage building management systems (BMS) to ensure optimal equipment performance and energy efficiency.
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors for specialized maintenance and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance logs, incident reports, and spare parts inventory.
- Participate in Emergency Response and business continuity plans, providing after-hours support when required.
- Champion workplace safety, ensuring all tasks adhere to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC or Higher NITEC in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a similar technician role.
- Possession of relevant licenses (e.g. Fire Safety Manager, LEW license, WSQ certificates) is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and practical knowledge of M&E systems.
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CMMS software.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work, including working at heights and in confined spaces.
