We are a leading provider of premium fitness solutions, and our equipment requires expert care to ensure our members have the best workout experience possible.
In this role, you will be responsible for the on-site service and repair of a wide range of fitness and exercise equipment. You will utilize your strong electrical and mechanical knowledge to diagnose issues, perform maintenance, and ensure all machinery operates safely and efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on treadmills, ellipticals, exercise bikes, and strength training machines.
- Diagnose complex electrical and mechanical faults and implement effective repair solutions on-site.
- Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure all equipment complies with industry safety standards.
- Replace worn-out components and parts to maintain optimal equipment performance.
- Communicate technical repair details clearly to customers and provide maintenance tips.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date service logs and repair records.
- Collaborate with the service team to manage workload and prioritize urgent repairs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Proven experience in repairing commercial fitness equipment or home gym machinery.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of electrical wiring, circuitry, and basic mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage for on-site service requirements.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and perform manual labor in various environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
